Orr Studio is me, Derek Orr,
a principal product designer.
I join your team, hands-on,
for up to three months at a time.
I’ve designed and shipped products at the companies above. I’ve led teams too, but doing the work is my happy place.
Most recently I was the only principal designer at Owner, from Series C to Series D. I looked after the whole agent experience and the point of sale.
I was also a principal designer on the Copilot team at Microsoft AI, and I have a master’s in human-computer interaction.
